Returns & Refunds policy

At Codesbizz Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality IT services and website development solutions tailored to your needs. Once a service or project has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or replacements. However, we provide up to two rounds of modifications after delivery to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Conditions for Modifications:

Modification Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the final delivery.
Modifications are limited to changes within the scope of the original agreement or project specifications.
Any request for significant changes, additional features, or work beyond the original scope will be treated as a new project and will incur additional costs.
After the two included rounds of modifications, further changes will also be chargeable.

Non-Refundable Services:

Once development services are delivered, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be processed.
Customized IT solutions and website development services are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.
Services provided as per the agreed contract cannot be canceled or refunded once they are initiated or completed.

Your Responsibilities:

Please ensure that all required inputs, content, and design preferences are communicated clearly during the project briefing and development phases.
Delays in providing necessary feedback or approvals may impact the delivery timeline and the availability of modifications within the 30-day period.
